Coffee Table Book – Mongolia

Coffee Table Book – Mongolia

Price range: 79,00 € through 169,00 €

A premium handmade coffee table book, created from real fine art photographic prints.

Each image is produced as a traditional chemical photo print on high-quality photographic paper, not as a standard digital inkjet print. The pages are manually mounted and glued back-to-back, creating a beautifully finished book with a luxurious lay-flat character.

The hardcover is made separately from 500 g/m² board and carefully laminated before being assembled with the interior pages. Every book is produced under the personal supervision of John Baggen, individually quality checked, signed, carefully packed and shipped with the same attention as a fine art print.

Description

Premium Lay-Flat Edition

The Premium Lay-Flat Edition is produced as a photographic print book. Each image is printed on top-quality photographic paper and the pages are mounted back-to-back by hand. This allows the book to open beautifully flat, giving panoramic images and double-page spreads the presence they deserve.

Standard Bound Edition

The Standard Bound Edition contains the same carefully selected photographs, but is produced as a high-quality offset printed book with a softcover. The pages are thread-bound, giving the book a durable and classic book construction. This is a more affordable option, but it does not open completely flat. As a result, panoramic images and double-page spreads may be slightly interrupted by the center fold.

Which edition should I choose?

Choose the Premium Lay-Flat Edition if you want the most luxurious presentation and the best experience for panoramic images and double-page spreads. Choose the Standard Bound Edition if you prefer a more affordable version with the same photographic content in a classic book format.

The story behind this book

This coffee table book is a visual journey through Mongolia and the world of the Eagle Hunters. It brings together documentary photography, wide landscapes, portraits and quiet moments from daily life in the Altai region.

The book is created for people who love travel, culture and meaningful photography. It is not a guidebook, but a carefully selected visual story to keep, revisit and display.

Handmade fine art production

Each book is produced as a handmade fine art photo book. The pages are created from real photographic prints, not standard digital press or inkjet pages. Every photograph is printed on high-quality photographic paper to preserve depth, detail and tonal richness.

The book block is assembled by hand, with the photographic prints carefully mounted and bound into a premium hardcover. Each copy is individually checked, signed by John Baggen and packed with the same care as the book itself.

Who is this book for?

This book is created for collectors, travellers, photography lovers and anyone with a personal connection to Mongolia or Central Asia. It is also a meaningful gift for someone who has travelled through Mongolia, dreams of visiting the Altai region, or loves documentary photography with a strong sense of place.

As a coffee table piece, it brings atmosphere, culture and conversation into a home, office, hotel lounge, waiting room or creative space.
